Clean, newly remodeled interior. The staff there is super friendly. We ordered the egusi/fufu combo, ogbono/fufu combo, jollof rice and mixed meat combo. Fufu had great, smooth texture. I wish the stews were a much spicier but I think they are trying to be more palatable to a wider audience so I understand. The jollof rice and mixed meat were my favorite, very savory, flavorful, and smoky. Would definitely go again, very happy there is a Nigerian food spot now in the 562!

A lovely place, food was so good. It was my first time trying the food so I was recommended the Egusi and Fufu. I chose goat meat and spicy. Loved it. It was so flavorful. The spice had a nice earthy heat and it calmed down rather quickly. I enjoyed this so much.

My niece was visiting me for the weekend and was craving fufu. She looked up this place and we gave it a try. No regrets, fufu was delicious and the service was great! Will come back to try the other dishes.

I had the Egusi Fish Fufu and puff puff for desert and I have to say ABSOLUTELY AMAZING the fish was good addition to the Egusi. The puff puff was an unsweet doughnut type of pastry which was a nice after meal desert but wasnt able to eat many as I was full from Egusi Fish and Fufu.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is very very first time experiencing a Nigerian food for me. I was watching an African guy making his country food in Japan on YouTube And in Japan there is similar food like Fufu .It's called Mochi. so I paid attention. But I don't know real Fufu tastes like ! So next day I searched restaurant that serves Fufu and I came here ! I ordered Egusi mixed meat with Fufu . So, I don't even know what's good or bad or how it should be . To me, this is totally brand new experience and taste to me was great Especially, this Fufu with Egusi ? Man .This is something else ! It's bit similar to Mochi but not that sticky or chewy. So no one won't chokes up on eating like Mochi . It's perfect . It looks like not fills you up by just looking at picture but don't be deceived . It's totally fills you up and lip smacking tastyyy !! I think this place is a couple running this joint and the front guy was very nice and I had little chat with a lady chef and She was very very nice . Overall , I had a good happy dinner meal time at here . I think key to have good time with Fufu is after you rip it off from a chunk you flatten Fufu with your fingers a little bit and make it sorta looks like a spoon and scoop what ever you are eating with. The mixture with Fufu and food item that you've ordered mixed in your pallet and gives the very unique flavor !! I really liked it. And next time I'll try another things from the menu with Fufu ! It's a ...really undescribable. But all I can say is Fufu itself is just a Fufu. But when it combined with other in your mouth it's addictive feeling . Thank you for wonderful meal . I'll be back again !
